Off the top, I do get the idea behind the smell of, I'll call it "various smoke scents," but I do know that the owner and the staff are working to regain control of that. I'm giving this review an overall 5 for 1 main overall reason - Monica, who seems to be everpresent at the front desk always working - maintains a genuine smile and backs it as a genuine person. She's ALWAYS sweet, helpful, attentive, and understanding as best as she can be! She's also honest and trys at all times to be fair while just like all of us, she has to do her job also!! The online prices in my opinion are very good for what you get but, Monica herself is what makes me come back here everytime She always makes my experience excellent AND exceptional at Americinn by Wyndham
I had a restful night after a long road trip. The bed was soft, and the room was peaceful. The hotel had all the amenities I could ask for. AmericInn Memphis East is now my go-to stay.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been staying at the AmericInn by Wyndham Memphis East since November 28th as a quiet place to focus on my studies, and it has truly been a blessing. From the very beginning, the front desk staff welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, always attentive to anything I needed. Housekeeping has kept my room spotless, which made it easy to settle in and concentrate, and the location itself has been convenient and safe. What stands out most is the way the staff consistently went above and beyond. Every request I made was met with patience and care, and I’m sincerely grateful for that. I especially want to thank Mrs. Monica, her husband Mr. N, and the rest of the team for their dedication and kindness. Their efforts ensured my stay was not only comfortable but uplifting, and I’ll always remember the hospitality I received here.
Our family reunion went perfectly thanks to this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean for everyone. Staff helped us with every little need we had. It felt like staying with friends, not strangers.
